Repo-work: yeah, power of attorney to take the car also gives us the right to violate every other law in the books!

The whole business makes no sense to me. Supposedly, repossession is happening because you are in breach of contract and no longer making payments on your object...which is technically the bank's property. That means you holding it at that point is illegal. Is this not the domain of law enforcement?
